Getting Started

  • Initiating a Campaign: To begin a fundraising campaign, contact us via email, phone, or through our website with details about your organization, fundraising goals, and desired apparel items. Our team will guide you through the process and assist in developing a strategy tailored to your needs.
  • Minimum Order Requirements: Fundraising orders will remain open for 2 weeks while orders are collected. Processing will not begin until the end of the 2 week time frame. Orders will be filled within 7-10 days unless otherwise specified.

Pricing and Profit-Sharing

  • Pricing Structure: We work closely with you to create a pricing structure that balances affordability for your supporters while maximizing profits for your organization. Bulk pricing discounts are factored into fundraiser orders.
  • Profit Sharing: Once the base production costs are covered, all additional revenue generated from your pricing markup will be credited to your fundraiser. A detailed breakdown of costs and profits will be provided for full transparency. We will make a donation in the agreed upon amount to your organization after the orders have been filled. We will provide a complete breakdown upon request.

Design Approval

  • Custom Design Process: Provide us with your organization’s logo, branding elements, or ideas for your fundraiser apparel. We offer design support to bring your vision to life.
  • Approval Timeline: Before production begins, a final design proof will be sent to you for review. Once approved, no further changes can be made to the design. This ensures timely production and delivery.

Production and Delivery

  • Timelines: Production typically requires 10-14 business days from the time of design approval, though complex orders may take longer. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
  • Delivery Options: Fundraising orders can be shipped to a single location or directly to individual supporters, depending on your needs. Shipping costs will vary based on the selected delivery method.
