Shipping Policy

Shipping fees vary based on the destination and the quantity of items purchased. To estimate shipping costs, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and input your email and shipping address. The checkout page will automatically update and display the exact shipping fee.

Estimated Delivery Time:

The actual shipping time depends on the local postal service. Standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Orders typically ship 1-7 business days from the production start date.
  • US orders may arrive approximately 3-10 business days after shipping.
  • International orders may arrive in your country 1-3 weeks after shipping.

Please note: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and high order demand, carriers may require an additional 7-15 business days to ship packages.

Multiple Delivery Addresses:

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders.

Vat Taxes:

For international shipments from the US, items are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not impose VAT (Value Added Taxes). Recipients are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Depending on the country, local customs or VAT charges may apply. For details on your country's customs policies, contact your local customs office.

Refund Policy

Our return policy spans a 30-day period from the date you receive your item, allowing you ample time to request a return. For eligibility, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@store-name.com. Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work towards a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items. Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

To expedite the process of getting the item you desire, return the original item. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
